1. Sort like pictures of rockets and stars in a foam cut out, or on a magnetic board, or on a spinner. If the student has limited motor abilities, they could use a voice out put switch or the power link with yes/no indicators to make correct choices.
2. Have the student press a switch to activate an electric bubble maker to simulate a rocket's lift off.
3. Have a student press a switch indicating it is time to turn a page of a book.
4. Use a power point presentation about space and have the student advance each slide by pressing a switch.
5. When learning about constellations, higher level students could glue stars onto a constellation template. Lower level students could sprinkle glitter onto pre-glued spots on a constellation template or onto clear contact paper to make free form constellations.
